TRUMP: “What Happened to the Biden Document Case?” | Gateway Experts | by Cristina Laila

President Trump on Saturday wanted to find out what happened to the secret Biden dossier case.
There have been no leaks and almost no recent media reports of special counsel investigating the theft of classified Biden documents.
“What happened to the Biden Document Case? 20 times more documents than I own, and I may have under the Presidential Records Act, he doesn’t. What about the Classified Documents he has in Chinatown, and on his garage floor in Delaware. Is he being prosecuted under the Espionage Act? What about the Penn Center, which accepts Chinese money, or the 1850 box he doesn’t want to release? Was Obama, Clinton, Bush, or others charged with this? No, just “TRUMP”, because I was illegally targeted!” Trump said on Truth Social on Saturday.
Joe Biden has not been interviewed by special counsel investigating stolen classified documents he kept at the Penn Biden Center and in his garage in Delaware.
Biden stole SCIF-designated classified documents and improperly stored them at the Penn Biden Center.
Biden also kept classified documents in his garage next to his Corvette where his son Hunter had access to the sensitive material.
Nine boxes of documents were taken from attorney Joe Biden’s Boston office and we don’t know what was in the boxes because the National Archives covered Biden.
Joe Biden also withheld information from the Senate Intel Committee.
University of Delaware shields Biden and refuses to release his 1850 box of Senate records!
The University of Delaware declined to release Biden’s notes and said they would not be released until two years after Biden retires from public office.
“Senator former Vice President Biden’s collection of letters is still being processed, with many items not yet cataloged,” a school spokesperson said by email. “The entire collection will remain closed to the public for up to two years after Mr. Biden retires from public life.”
Judicial Watch and the Daily Caller News Foundation originally filed a FOIA lawsuit in 2020 for all of Biden’s senate records – 1,850 boxes of records.
US Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed US Attorney Robert Hur as special counsel overseeing the investigation into the Biden classifieds scandal in January and there is still no indictment.
Instead, Merrick Garland appointed Jack Smith as special counsel to investigate documents held at Mar-a-Lago in November and he impeached Trump roughly 6 months later after hundreds of damaging leaks to the media.
