Most of the respondents (80%) work on several projects simultaneously, having one main job and freelancing for several other jobs.

Overall, the average Web3 talent will have difficulty filling out job applications in the traditional business world, as a CV with “Web3Nakamoto” in the name section will hardly receive the review it deserves.
