Irish Journalist Explains How Trans Ideology Spreads in Organizations (VIDEO) | Gatekeeper

Helen Joyce is an Irish journalist. In a video that has gone viral on social media, he talks about how trans ideology spreads and is sustained in organizations.

She linked it to parents of trans children, who couldn’t admit that what they had done to their child was wrong and who would be afraid to talk about the matter.

He suggests that this particular type of parent will spend the rest of their life trying to justify their actions because they have to. Facing the truth is not an option.

HELEN JOYCE: Something that you might not think about is that there are a lot of people who just can’t move on from this. And those are the people who have transitioned their own children. So those people would be like the Japanese soldiers who were in the Pacific islands and didn’t know that the war was over. They must fight forever. This is another reason why this is the worst, worst, worst social contagion we’ve ever had.

Many people have done the worst thing you can do, which is to hurt their children irrevocably, because of it. Those people have to believe they are doing the right thing for the rest of their lives, for their own sanity, and for their own pride. So they’re going to keep fighting, and each and every one of those guys destroys entire organizations and entire friendship groups.

Like, I’ve lost count of the number of times someone has told me about a certain organization that has been turned upside down because of this, “Oh, the deputy director has trans kids.” Or, oh, the journalist at the paper doing the special investigation has a trans child. Or whatever. The entire organization was crippled by that one person.

And it may not even be widely known in the organization that they have a trans child. But it would come out, people would say quietly, and now you can’t tell the truth in front of that person, and you know you can’t, because what you’re saying is: “You as a parent have done a really, like, egregious human rights violation against your own child that can’t be repaired.”
