Joe Biden on Wednesday arrived in Helsinki to celebrate Finland’s membership in NATO.

Biden arrived in Helsinki on Air Force One only to be whisked away in a convoy of 40 vehicles just hours after he warned climate change was the greatest threat to humanity.
